Monster Hunter Rise will launch on Nintendo Switch in just a few weeks, and fans are wondering if it’s headed for PC or not.
Capcom is expected to release the latest entry in the Monster Hunter franchise, Monster Hunter Rise, on Nintendo Switch in about two months. Rise was designed from the ground up for the hybrid console and introduced several new gameplay mechanics, such as the ability to ride monsters and have full control over their movements and attacks. The Wirebug Mechanic is also all new, adding more mobility so hunters can move through maps much faster.
Considering that Monster Hunter: World only launched on PS4, Xbox One, and PC, it was a bit of a surprise to see Capcom and Nintendo collaborate to make the next Monster Hunter title a Nintendo exclusive. Some fans of the series have been disappointed to see the next title on one platform, but there are rumors that the title could be released on PC as well.

Capcom releasing the title across multiple platforms can help ensure that fans – and even new players – can play the game. game without having to buy an entirely new console.
Of course, the information in these leaks should be taken with a grain of salt, so only time will tell if Monster Hunter Rise ends up coming to PC or even other platforms. For all those who wish to check game Outside, there’s a demo for Rise available on the Switch eShop that allows players to try out two different monster hunts and even practice missions.
There have been lag issues for some players when trying to jump online with other players, but Capcom has promised that this bug will not be in the final version of the game, fortunately.
Monster Hunter Rise will launch exclusively for Nintendo Switch on March 26, 2021.
