Following the resounding success of Clubhouse in reigniting the lost art of oral communication and the intimacy of hearing experiences, Dispo – another invitation-only iOS app – is delighting Silicon Valley and the world at large.

Dispo (short for “disposable camera”) brings back the nostalgia for retro cameras, where you click on images, wait for them to “expand” and send them to print.

Sounds amazing, right? That in the age of instant gratification, an app would bet on keeping users waiting and making investors even gaga?
